Thinking of coming along? Here’s some feedback from our happy and relaxed Retreaters:

Emma thank you so much for such a rejuvenating weekend. It was the perfect mix of reflexion, relaxation and exercise.
I’m feeling full of peace and positivity now!

Meg comes every September with her friends..

Lucy came with her daughter Kate in 2022, she said

Our time at St Nectan’s was inspiring and unforgettable and I don’t think I thanked you properly for everything. You ensured it was fulfilling and seamless from start to finish; a wonderful experience for us on every level.

Bronwen enjoyed her weekend on Dartmoor in November 22, here’s what she said

Many thanks for a wonderful couple of days. A yoga retreat allows you to explore your own practice in a way that a regular class doesn’t. I really appreciated your input and experience.
Bala Brook is a wonderful retreat centre, beautifully situated and well equipped. The catering provided by Polly was second to none, the yoga spaces were delightful and I have already messaged my sister to see if she would like to sign up for next year.

Chloe really had fun with us in Cornwall, she says:

Thank you very much for such a relaxing weekend and I’ll definitely be looking at joining you again in the future :)

It was Sue’s first Yoga retreat, she came with 2 friends and had a great time (even without any wine!)

I just wanted to say how grateful and happy I feel for having been a part of the retreat. It was a wonderful, enlightening experience.

The group members were lovely and it was nice everyone was so willing to pitch in. I also greatly valued how much you gave of yourself (Emma) to the group and were happy and flexible in ensuring we all felt happy and relaxed. So thank you.
