“I’ve been doing yoga with Emma for about four months now. All the classes and teachers are so brilliant, making you feel welcome and helping you to correct poses where needed. The classes are both challenging but easily adapted to your own pace, with enhanced poses for the more experienced in the group. Since I started yoga I’ve felt stronger and calmer, I love my class once a week to recharge and relax my mind. I would recommend yoga to anyone and definitely Do Yoga. Emma’s classes are friendly, great value and always with a bit of humour!”

“I love my weekly session and want to fit more of it in. Emma is an excellent teacher and there’s always a warm welcome. You can work at your own level and it will be explained how to progress if you want to. Positions will be gently corrected to make sure you are working at your best level and kept safe. I love love love the time to relax, stretch out, de stress, unwind and clear the mind especially the last 15 minutes deeper relaxation stage.”
